Rank issue?

I tried inserting a 64x64 4KB icon , but it says "file size must be less than 8KBs." Is it 'cause I'm a newb?(Or because I'm a noob?

Hmmmm..... Wow. I am really not sure. You should be able to upload it no problem. Newbs don't have any restriction on those.
I'll try and take a look at it though and see if anything is wrong.

Perhaps because I'm doing it from my PSP? *grumble* I'll find computer, I guess.

may be it. The settings are 8500bytes max and 100px. x 100px.
